Treatment With Cannabis

@Saetva oh thank you for great advice! :D I have to something to control these damn migraines, they keep me is a constant loopy out-of-touch state. It sounds ridiculous to say but I'm nervous about going in my wheelchair as in most shops everything is too high up for me lol like counters and products. Then I have to ask for help, and i hate asking for help. O.o Going to just have to suck it up and go though as I'm way too wobbly unsafe and shy on crutches. gregarious silly in chair/ unsure and unstable on crutches. I keep telling myself grow up Rebecca, but so far no dice. ;)

Thank you for the tips and tricks! Are you going back anytime soon? Is the pipe thingy pretty?

@WildMermaid
-while going in a wheelchair or crutches, and being new, I support you to ask a clerk, right from the start, to work one on one with you, the first time through, just like they did with me.

-as an update; I did initially get a blasting migraine from my trigger, florescent lights on a computer screen. Cannabis gave me great relief.
-my dr and I have discovered that what seems to be the current cause of my migraines, is a deep sinus infection.
So now I am on antibiotics.
-Severe pain is gone. Everything/lymph and muscles, are still stiff, so I am using, for relief of tightening, and not using it as much.

I would be nervous to treat any long term symptom of mine with cannabis,, without professional help understanding the cause of my problem.

Regarding the store and cannabis:
-it was nice to go back, when the store wasn't as busy, and when I was relaxed. While waiting, I did see the very elaborate large/tall glass pipes-displayed as art work. Impressive!

As far as a cannabis form goes, since I don't want to inhale, and since I want a high CBD level (to avoid getting the high feeling, I may venture out and try an oil: 1/4 drop is a dose.

Hope you find clerks that take time with you, if not find another place. Nice to chat with you.:)

Here is my reasoning to go toward oil, and a precaution:
1. I need high CBD, so I don't feel high or stoned.
2. Edibles at the shop that I went to, don't come in high CBD.
3. I don't want the respiratory side effects, of smoking. (I'm already dealing with a sinus infection, and have asthma.)
4. Oils, come in high CBD, and they don't involve smoking. The only concern, on a first time dose is that they are very potent, like measured in 1/4 of a drop. They come in a bottle, similar to the ones herbal tinctures come in. Overall, the drops are, by far, the best buy for the money.

I'll let you know how it goes, when I try it.
Have a nice weekend.

@Saetva, you should also consider a vaporizer, if the oils don't work out. It is not smoke, hits the lungs at a much lower temperature leaving behind very little residue, and you can get even lighter dosing than you can with oil. You can vaporize high CBD.

Edibles are incredibly difficult to manage dosing with - even if you could get them in a strain you wanted, if you are sensitive (and it sounds like you are), I think they'd be a bad move.
