Tried Calling Doctors Office

My psychiatrist and psych nurse are not in at my location today. My psych. Nurse is available to phone at another location, the nice office lady tried to get me to call the nurse at the other location, or leave a message...I can't. I frooze, Im scared!!!! Im very depressed, very jumpy, flashbacky, hearing sounds that are not here, im afraid i will lose my kids if i have to go inpatient again!!! :( i am really down today. Things seem to be getting worse.

Yes, afraid of losing the custody i worked so hard to keep of my kids.

It's so hard when we think dark thoult I get so lost most nights in my flashbacks I lose all sense of reality try to do something you enjoy to take your mind off of it do you like baking it helps me

No, there isn't. .most have passed on.

So ask the mental health team I have to from time to time and I have kids as well there to help

Im in the states. Its a bit different here. Kids can end up in foster care.
