Thank you for this thread.

It has made me realise the connection between my accident PTSD and the triggers that come from my workplace. Until now I thought they were unconnected and it confused the life out of me. A light has just gone off in my head to make the connection & it makes so much sense.

the dark usually initiates the fight or flight mode, but not panic unless I'm forced to stay there or walk in the dark for a long time. Being restrained/not having control of my body, small mistakes, food.
