Two face discovery

Unexpected truth about someone, that this person is two faced. Its really hard to work with people who are like this, especially when she act like nothing has happened. Two faced people are extremely hard to deal with especially when the boss favors her and gives all the power to this individual. I am a very nice and truthful person, and its hard to act like nothing has happened when she had betrayed and twisted the truth to the boss. Pretty much this individual is making me look very bad.

When the boss trust only her and believes nobody else, you tend to believe there is some sort of relationship going on with them.

Whats your guys thoughts? and how to deal with people like this?

I am the one who is suffering, at work this person is passing on the work to me but twisting the words to the boss. This person ask "if you have time you can do it or leave it to me" but when she told the boss she said "i asked him to do it but he did not get it done". This person also finds whatever mistakes i do and reports to the boss. The boss is listening to one side of the story and only trust her.

That does sound like a difficult situation to work with.
Can you ask for written confirmation from them, each time you agree on something? So that you have evidence, every time, that you were not responsible for the task? The boss' view of you might not change, but for me, this would give me a clear conscience and some confidence in my own integrity/work ethic?
Sending support.

Unfortunately that would not work, if i were to do that, she would go to the boss and make this into a bigger deal. Also this person is always looking for any mistakes that i make and makes a huge deal. For example very minor mistakes but when it comes from her mouth it will be a huge mistake.

Well, since you know that when she says "if you have time you can do it or leave it to me" but what she really means is "do this and make sure you get it done" - I'd politely decline based on the day to day workload of my own position and factor in extra time to check the work for errors before handing it in if I accepted to assist and take the task.

Basically one of two things can happen... she'll go straight to the boss and say "so-and-so won't do this and I asked her to" which would open up a direct line between you and the boss and you'll have an opportunity to say why.... OR she'll back down and do her own work or ask someone else to do it. Probably not without a bit of grousing but it could clear the air some in the longer term?
