When will people wake up to look for the truth! Fear mongering media is all we get!

I don't think everything that comes through the media is wrong, but more you often have to go looking for the complete story, as they tend to limit their scope to what is important for the angle they've taken to sell. Go to another agency, and they will sell maybe the same angle, or a different part not published by the other.

I wouldn't say media outright lie with news related content, because they would find themselves in court being sued for that... but more they depict and project their angles and agendas with what parts they want, not necessarily the entire story. I guess the truth is subjective to what they sell.

You won't find the truth on some right or left winged agenda website either... just another angle that they're selling. I like to read a wide array and look at the whole scope, just personally.

but it has definitely highlighted that there is a gap in security and privacy in protecting the royal family...

This was something I also couldn't wrap my head around. How exactly don't they have some type of codeword system for royalty? Just about anyone from an A - D list celebrity function on this type of system... and if you don't know the codeword, you are getting hung up on.

Here in the USA we have Hippa Law. Your health records are very protected. It would be tough to call a hospital and get information of any kind no matter if you are the queen or not. When my sister was in the hospital out of town they would speak to no one when we called.

@Anthony, Good point about not all! I just hate the games. It would be nice to not have to dig through the garbage.

And I realize readership is how they acquire their ratings. Sad that some will twist to this degree. Everyone is not as discerning, many follow whatever is stated as fact!

Maybe I'm feeling a bit cynical tonight, but this is life isn't it? not just what goes on in the media. We live in a society where the few carry responsibility for the many, and it works by people wriggling out of their own responsibility and blaming someone else.

I've read so many stories here of people carrying guilt while the world turns their back and lets them.

In this scenario, the Dj's have responsibility for making that call, the radio for airing it, the media for publisizing it, the hospital for not putting the proper plans into action to protect the privacy of kate, and the nurse for choosing to take her own life.

They each have their responsibility, some will take what's theirs, some will take too much and some will try to blame someone else and wriggkle like worms to avoid their own responsibility.

They have found three letters near her which is sad she must have had serious problems.

In the US this would be considered collateral damage. No one would be held accountable. As Meadowsweet said the blame game won't resolve this.

I have always been stumped why some can turn their backs. I feel it has a lot to do with most being so wrapped up in there ego they really do not see. JMHO

How pathetic though to those involved and who may possibly not be as guilty as projected by the media when they

have found three letters

and emails of relevance yet inquest proceedings have been adjourned to March 2013. This will also be very draining on Jacintha's family having to wait for so long.

Yes I am just sick for her poor family. I wonder if they had any idea she had problems. Seems some of them had to be flown in? Very Sad Indeed.

Found it rather interesting that a Media personality actually blamed the palace for the pressure the put on the hospital behind the scenes.

Does make you wonder, doesn't it!
