You've identified for yourself that it's not maladaptive and it's not causing you any problems. More severe types of dissociation may be indicative of repressed memories, but daydreaming is not. Everybody daydreams.

It might be worth considering giving yourself a break from reading all this stuff as it seems to be feeding your anxiety.

I know, you're actually not the first person telling me to avoid reading these kind of things. But sometimes they just pop up and I do read, it's like I'm "attracted" to them in terms of curiosity. I guess I have to really stop. Thanks!
 
I don't think you need to stop reading manga. I think it would be helpful to you if you activated your anxiety less often, but reading and daydreaming (so long as they don't interfere with everyday activities) are normal, healthy activities that can reduce stress.

According to your reports, the things you worry about are hurting you less than the fact that you worry about them.
