I totally just bookmarked that as I totally need this but cant read all 4 pages tonight but i totally love that you linked my favoite site (howstuffworks.com)!

The fight or flight sounds like an anxiety response to me.

Anyway, I should of waited to replied after I read it but i'll either edit this one or reply again but my first thought "I totally need this!" Thanks for the link!
