Right... funny how the lightbulb suddenly comes on isn't it @richter scale ? Thanks for sharing this moment with me. I am grateful that I have seen what I feel to be the truth of this matter and will have to mull over what this will mean to me and my life in the future. I hope you can find freedom in your realizations as you process through them. Seriously, the things I have learned while digging through my trauma. Fascinating.

It certainly is shimmerz! Thank you so much for putting up this thread, it is a great help to me. My partner has been pushing for us to go abroad on holiday but my fear has stopped me from even getting as far as getting a passport. I now realise the first hurdle doesn't exist!.....I know I can survive in a hotel quite happily! Time to get that passport!
