Oh I benefited. Just not as much as I could have had I not bailed on her twice. This site is also a God send.I don't want to go to therapy but I think I need to for me and my family

I hAve tried exercise. I know it is supposed to be good for ptsd.
Different style, settings, time you do things for, maybe? :)
Do not force yourself into something your body is screaming hell no about.
There are many things you can be doing that feel better, instead.
Just because the few did not work does not mean none will.
Or in smaller bits, until you can.

I clench my jaws but my son is a teeth grinder. It sounds so bad!I have benefitted with therapy. I seemed to be less high strung but I have anxiety a lot lately, esp involving sleep.
I'm not having nightmares, but my dreams leave me puzzled and confused, and I don't have energy all day and esp at night.
I'm used to remembering most of my dreams, and now I get recurring ones or same themed ones that don't seem scary at all.
I keep grinding my teeth because of my anxiety.
*Raises hand*Actually did anyone benefit from therapy
