I have been waking up at after about four hours of sleep with my mind driving me nuts. I have been having strange dreams and then usually wake up to a flashback. One morning I woke up reliving the dream I had. I usually feel totally trashed after not getting back to sleep and struggle through the day.
The worst thing that happens after is my mind starts rehashing all of my frustrating situations I deal with currently. I am not rested so it's tormenting and my brain is fragile. I think it will pass, but it's unpleasant. I think just typing here about it might help somewhat.
I stopped drinking caffeine and switched to decaf. I have started and intensive workout program with yoga and meditation. I'm getting stronger so I hope it helps. I am really hoping this passes. I am going to take over the counter sleep aids tonight because I need to sleep more than a few hours.
Another night of this would be too hard. I got up and had some water and a snack but it didn't help.
