Wanted: One Good Judge, Please, Just One.

Tomorrow is Monday, which means Monday morning, and he sees the Judge and we find out if he is getting out. Mr Teflon man.
How could I even have to be thinking about this?

He waited for her to come off the elevator and he punched her, Thursday and Friday this week, same last week, and previous weeks since she moved from my house. He takes her keys, car, and two babies. They finally caught him and put him in jail on Friday, they weren't even looking for him, she lost it on the phone with the police and with childrens aid, what a mess and unfortunatly all to familiar for me, so many triggers. We were able to breath this weekend ahhh. I rescued the two babies and hunted down and found her car. She (daughter) had her 3 kids with her, he has a record as long as my arm and that's just for this year. He is on crack, again. It's been going on for years, too many years.
My last conversation with him after I banned him from my house "We ain't got nothin' between us, you and me, why do you treat me like this, ALL I DID was break a glass roaster over my head and stab myself in your kitchen". Only like 6 weeks ago. ALL I DID, -hold me back!
So please, Judge, keep him where he needs to be, out of our lives! Please let her be able to finish school and raise her beautiful babies without fear, really I don't think that is too much to ask for, is it?

It's hard to believe they're out there, when yes, the teflon seems to be coated all over the swine involved but then all of a sudden there they are- That Judge. One who is finally bleary eyed from watching the wrecks come before him/her, whining pitifully about how the world is against them, the drugs made them do it, the fists were run into by the victim- then it's TIME. For as long as it took to finally run mine into the ground, with all his money, power, whining and teflon coatings That Judge was finally out there listening on the correct day at the correct time. They're there- gosh I am sincerely saying a prayer it's your turn.

It's a pretty awesome thread which Deer linked here. I so much wish the same for you and your family.

He went to court today, we have no news except he has to go back tomorrow.
And we wait.

So he wasn't feeling well today and had to see a dr, he has to back tomorrow.
And we wait, at least we know where he is for tonight.

Whats all this talk about teflon mean? I'm so confused?

Sorry, teflon to me means "no stick". No matter what he does, nothing sticks to him. He gets off and is back out on the street. Hope this helps.

Sorry I'm just paranoid and thought it was referring to teflon vests. At the time was thinking this thread had something to do with me which is surely an irrational delusion. Sorry for butting in.

I saw this and know of what you speak. It is a sad commentary of today's justice system that there are so many who get away with their repeated battery and abuses against the ones you love. My prayers go out to you and your family, and to the precious children of which you speak. I don't mean to offend by my posting, I just have the same situation in my life. Justice may be blind at times, but there are those that still believe it is not deaf and dumb.

All my best to your daughter as well, for if she has someone like you as a role model...her strength will shine like a beacon when you least expect it.
