LOL. Ever try and stop a yawn or only half yawn??? Doesn't work to well...

Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth, mostly sealing your throat, and try to inhale your yawn through your nose, as your mouth is still open. Does a weird pharyngeal thing, so you'll sound like a retarded dolphin, but decreases airflow into your lungs by about 90%.

I FINALLY broke my ribs under my bra line this fall :D <fist pump> Yaaaaaay! Broken them every damn other place, and taping is such a huge pain, but OMFG was it nice to have them stabilized by a sports bra. Which made me :banghead: Realize, yet again, most doctors are men. I coulda been using a too small sports bra with the straps lengthened to (who has tits at their knees, outside of jokes, anyhow? Length) on my lower ribs all. these. years.

@Friday Not sure how old you are, or how big your boobs are, but the older you get and the bigger the boobs.... The CLOSER to the knees they get!!!!!! Gravity isn't your friend as you get older.

My biggest issue with the ribs, is I have emphysema and I need a deep cleansing breath often. Plus just doing shit, I get winded and take deep breaths. This to shall pass!!!!,:poop::poop::poop:

Well, every day my injury to my ribs gets a little bit better. Thank god, everyone said it would be 5-6 weeks. One person that broke her rib said it would only be a couple of weeks. Good, cause this sucks!!!!

@ShikibuZ Thanks..... Will need to wait about 2 more weeks to see if I get the little f*ckers, maybe a bit longer. It takes 6-17 days for the eggs to hatch. It only takes 1 pregnant female to start a world of shit in your home. The multiply very fast too...

Yes, the rib injury is getting better everyday. Hopefully by another week or so, the pain will be gone!!! I'm hopeful!!,

@ShikibuZ Gotta tell you.... it IS driving me crazy. I pull my bed apart everyday and check. The professional I talked to at my customers house the other day told me that it is IF, you'll get bed bugs, it's WHEN!!!! He just said that it's basically become an epidemic with bed bugs. Said that they were really prevalent in the 20's and 30' then they died down and now they are back with a vengeance. Plus they are becoming resistant to the chemicals that they use. So they use either heat or chemicals and sometimes both. Plus they have a canine that comes in and seeks them out!!!! What is the world coming to when there are BED BUG sniffing dogs!! !!!!!,

Rib is a tiny bit better today, but still painful... getting thee though!!!!

I am now, eyebrow raised, looking at my apartment and at my dog and wondering what if they're here. I feel inclined to tell you how sorry I am ONE more time as I can see myself pulling my bed apart several times a day (OCD much Shiki?). Sending bug free thoughts...

I am sorry that happened to you. I think it is going to be slow in recovering and you will not be able to do what you are used to for a little while, so you can heal up. I hope that you have lots of good diversions and distractions.
