I see locks beside a lot of my stocks this morning. What are they?

I have to say... there is now a better risk in the game, as I've purchased making 25% + and by the time the lock is up at 10 days, I'm down 5% on that share. Much better risk involved now... which makes it a game.

I do prefer it this way. I just wish we couldn't buy at off hours prices...

Yer... I also wish that, which the 10 day hold period is the only way around it when I looked at it. Maybe exchanges may release such data freely in the future, which would be nice, without a subscription service to them.

There are some good after hours indicators too... nice for tomorrow's opening.

I'm also playing around with a silent buy / sell system, that allows you to pre & post-purchase based on already declared forecasts, 24hrs in advance. If your forecast works out, you can make it stick to your portfolio... if not, wipe it out. You still make or lose money at times in the silent mode, but it gives an interesting twist when you're not online to do things live.

Unsure how manipulative it is at present... and may kick it to the curb... may release it.
