like i live alone in this world. no one helps, no one cares, no one even acknowledges that they lack the empathy to apologize, let alone mean it and stop doing the harm.

so, i am angry, at the outside causes and the inside weakness that keeps me in a place where the blows keep landing. one more, so what? one more.

I'm pround of writting my 5 pages Sci-fi story today (one of my hundreds projects)
(it's in French and not easy to read because I'm very chaotic in my way to write)

[Lost in the Woods]

I’m struggling today as I have been for almost 3 weeks, since my wife said we needed to live apart while she tries to figure out if she wants to continue the marriage. My emotions are all over the place. I was only diagnosed with PTSD less than 2 months ago and I just learned about emotional dysregulation after my wife decided she needs time to make her big decision. So I am struggling with emotional pain. We live in Utah but I needed to go somewhere so I came to Bisbee AZ where I own a little hippie house above old town. It is a good place for me but when the pain comes up it is overwhelming, it’s crushing. Lots of deep breaths, morning and evening meditation. New therapist here who seems to be getting right to it, no talking about the weather or complaining about others. The intensity of the emotions is beyond anything I have felt before.

Waves of pain over my marriage, so weird after 27 years to have my life turned upside down.

Was sad to my stomach on wednesday I lost something precious to me.

Thankful for something else yesterday and today.

I am feeling some emptiness and sadness. Living apart from my wife is difficult for me, I have no idea if there is a future for the marriage. It is out of my hands and I just have to feel whatever comes up. Most of it isn’t pleasant. The weekends are the hardest.
