Feeling pretty stressed and anxious.

B made an agreement but then didn't do it. I had to ring him about getting it done.

I’m hanging out in a hotel room, I have wrist surgery in the morning.not a big deal but boring.

I feel immense relief. I cried yesterday and it was really hard. But after crying and moving through things I worked things out. So I was very upset but managed it okay.

I am feeling better today. I actually got some chores done and progress and productivity always perk me up.

I am feeling some anxiety and a little bit of overwhelm. I am going to do some walking outside and grounding on the grass.

The Insurance Company is sorely lacking in professionalism and competency. It is draining and exhausting. I can take regular breaks from them.

I am tired of Elder Care. Love K. Just tired now.
