Caring / worried for mentee's today appointments & very I don't even have words for it at a couple suckers.

As in get off my city, you trash, Jesus doesn't give a f*ck about you anymore. Fueled by not even regrets about the mindset I was in the past quite a bit, but something akin to it: Pushing me that deep? I'll make them pay for it.

Because I do have people I need to stay for, and this shit? f*cking with my objectives and oaths.

Broke a promise today.

The Mrs and I vowed not to get stuff for each other, and the $ save would go to vet bills.

We have been together for over a decade, and this pstd thing is almost a year old.

So I caved and got her some nice earings, a thank you for putting up with my transformation to the new me.

I don't know......I guess if ya have a big heart it is best not to wear it on your sleeve, but my status kinda sums it up.

I think I made a big mistake with someone, that I love and care for dearly, and I am not sure much can be done about it now.

I feel disappointed in myself....regret, remorse...etc.

Happy. I haven't been really happy in a long time.
I went no contact with someone who has been in my life for many years.
I have chronic pain..within 30 minutes after telling her why I was doing this..the pain in my lower back was gone. The release was so huge I knew those words said to her was about more than her. My two sister's,the sperm donar ,R, and an ex husband.
One bunch of words to one person set me free from other painful relationships..huh! Who knew.
Very proud of me!
