What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

@Junebug Do you mean that you feel you were a burden to someone else?
Because I have a few friends that struggle with various mental health issues and when they reach out for support it never crosses my mind that they are “burdening” me. I mean f*ck, they have to deal with those thoughts/issues all of the time, and if speaking to someone about what’s on their mind will help, and I have the energy to be there, I want to be. It’s just that I then have to make sure there are a few days where I can take care of myself too. Because I never want them to walk away feeling like a burden. Never. It’s not right.
And the same is true of others I rely on as well: they need to take time for themselves too.

People are so freaking complex! I’m sorry for what happened which resulted in you feeling disappointed and maybe let down, too. Hugs.
 
I think (I could be wrong, of course, but I think), that to have trust (or not) is as much a reflection on others as my own choice. That is, somehow, or at some level, it's as equally a vote in confidence in them, rather than (conversely) only self-protection for me. Not sure the words to explain. Just that it's nice it's not just a 'frightening' thought, just 'is'.

So, grateful, introspective, peaceful, ashamed, surprised, tired, quiet, softer. :)
Also, shocked not to be forgotten, or shamed; the shame I feel is my own.
And that, I think if people (just naturally) can see/ feel/ believe in a future, even of days or months or weeks, they probably are less fearful.
So, not more courage, but a teeny bit less fear. Hope that will stay.
