I was having a good positive day and felt good.

WARNING - POO ALERT :poop: :poop: :poop: :poop: and lots of it :confused:

Then I arrived home to an awful smell. I thought it was Max as he had rolled in unspeakable fox poo but as I went into the kitchen I was met with a brown floor and the smell. One of my lovely dogs had an extremely upset stomach and the runny liquid poo was everywhere. Thank goodness it was the lino in the kitchen and not carpet. I now feel slightly sick.

I have to go out again and will leave the doors open to 1) air the house and 2) allow the dogs into the garden.

I feel a huge lack of motivation today. I didn't want to get out of bed and I really don't wanna go to work today. I have to groom the worst breed of dog first thing in the morning...ughh

Today i feel like i have aged 20 years i hurt, in pain and am tired of the mind battle, the indecisiveness i wish i could be normal and my head had an off switch. I also feel nervous for tomorrow appointment with my gp and what to say or not to say. Feeling of frustration going on, guess bit mixed all over today. I would just like some oblivion.

I feel joy that my Son called and reminded me that he appreciates my listening to him...think I can do that with my husband?? :whistling:...so much easier with someone who has no trouble butting in and having their say, I don't mind and if they don't get all huffed up about it either, it goes easier. HA!

It's weird how my Son is so much like me but a much better version.
