What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I am feeling still so sad and hurt. But am working on making myself into a fearless warrior, ripping apart the hurt and pain with a titanium sword. Went to the market today and walked for about 5 hours in the fresh air, bought some winter boots. Anything to stop the pain, why doesn't it just bugger off and leave me alone.

Still I am happy I got out of the house and did something. Still not read to socialize, that will still take time. :(
 
I feel like h*ll. sick to my stomach from anxiety. Divorce from a long standing relationship is just plain awful. I feel betrayed, angry, scared, frustrated, hurt.

You just hit the nail on the head with that one. Instead of it making you feel better it brings up everything and makes you feel sick. All the best.... thinking of you.:cautious:

I have now got 1 cup of barley simmering in 4 pints of water, for 30 mins. Then strain it and add in 4 tablespoons of honey and cool then chill. Or as much as you like to make it drinkable.

It is a recipe for Lemon Barley water, without the lemon. :tup: As the lemon being acidic, wont help. :rolleyes:

Dont forget you can freeze the cooked barley to add to soups and stews.
 
There's that saying, "Know your enemy" and I don't know the direction and intentions of this newly identifiable enemy, quite as well as I believe I need to. I don't believe what I think I know, nor do I wish to recall (as is being imposed upon me now) exactly what I've been and am up against.

I am feeling nervous, preoccupied, frustrated with not being able to find much free time and space for myself today and I am afraid.
