What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

One of those long protracted grief letting moments. I am sort of lost, or feeling like I am in, or near, a void. I have been in these before, and know that 'feeling like dying" is normal. Deep sense of emptiness, with an element of vague nausea.

I'm sorry there's so much to grieve. I hope it's ultimately healing to face this and feel it.

I have stopped my tablets and cant be bothered to start them again as I'm not worth it :cry:

You are worth it.

Are these prescription tablets? If so, please be careful, you could feel worse or get bad effects if you suddenly stop. If you've already had time without them, can you talk to your doctor about what to do?

You sound really down. I'm sorry. I hope you have a better day tomorrow.
 
I feel overwhelmed. Can't cope well practically or emotionally at the moment. So many things I need to do and I can't manage them. Everything feels chaotic, overdue and out of control.
 
Roline- What you are going through sounds absolutely horrible. I am so sorry that you are feeling that way. You are definately worth it. I hope that you will seek your doctors guidance about what to do with your medication.
 
Today i am feeling fat and fed up, my head is still trying to play tricks. Everything just feels such a mess and the stress of waiting for answers and what may be is hard, i am on full blown avoidance. Comfort eating is bad but i have no taste at moment but still eating grr.

You shouldn't run yourself down like that (((Hugs))) I have always been a comfort eating but I can't anymore as my tummy is so fussy about what I eat, so I eat half of what I use to as I'm ill if I eat something the tummy don't like. Yet I'm still a size 20/22 so go work that one out? :rolleyes:

My head wouldn't turn off last night, got to to sleep at 12 this afternoon and that sucks.

If your full of stress try doing your 7/11 to some soft music. I'll explain it if you haven't heard of it, 7/11 breath in through your nose for 7 seconds and than out of your mouth for 11 seconds. You should start feeling relaxed and a nice peace should settle, It really helps me when I'm a mess and stressing. My very nice support worker taught me it as I was always a bag of jumping nerves. Once you feel relaxed and a peace has settled, try to empty your mind of everything other than what you want to get out of it. The peace you feel from the 7/11 should start to work it's way down your body untill your asleep or achieved your goal!

Today, my husband and I went to a new church and it was very nice. It's a sister church to the one that we just left. Saw alot of people from another church we attended about 6 years ago. It felt very homey and comfortable. I am thanking God for His mercy and perfect timing.

Feeling grateful! Having a bit of an anxiety attack at the moment, but it will pass.

I'm very tired after last nights no sleeping phase, really want to sleep but I feel a lot of pain from my fibromyalgia. If it hinder's the sleep I'll take some pain releif and take my own advice for once and do my 7/11. Mind once my 3 year old hugs up that's all it takes to help me sleep as I feel so contented at the point.:rolleyes:

I feel so stressed when they are up demanding things and my 3 yr old is so rude I tend to get a bit hissy fitty. But I love them so much I'm sure I'd be lost without them:inlove:
