What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Gentle Healing (((HUGS))) to all.

Healing hugs, helpful hearts.webp

(((((Hugs))))) for all suffering or in pain today.

I didn't get out of bed until 11am this morning. Headache was gone thank goodness, but still had to get my A into G to move forward. Went to the doctor and guess what his answer to my headache is another 100 stronger pain killers. Good thing I'm not suicidal:oops:

Once they know you have PTSD they tend to blame all your ailments on it. I do know that a lot of the illnesses I have are PTSD related and the rest are from diabetes. It just that the doctors seem so nonchalant about it all. And another point is that it's so embarrassing going to the doctor all the time.

((((Bloom))))) ((((Anna))))

Headache was gone thank goodness,
 So very glad to hear it Loloma. Long term headaches are so worrying and really take it out of you.

I'm feeling a little better too. I went for a 5 mile walk with my H and feel pleasantly tired. I didn't want to go but made myself and it was worth it. My T tells me we process information as we walk because of the endorphins that are released. I think it is true as we put the world to rights on our walks.

My sinus pain and headache are still there but it doesn't hurt as much and my nose has stopped bleeding. The pain in my legs and back (probably sciatica) is still as bad but only when I'm sitting.
