Thanks again, I've been writing it out in my diary, it's easier to 'divert' the 'feeling of hurt' by using thoughts; thoughts that we make out as truths, that allow us to remain stuck in useless predictable patterns.
Now, I need to watch out for thoughts that are 'pretending' to be feelings! Such a busy life, one thing after another :D !
