What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I am feeling much better after just having eaten a McDonald's Fish Sandwich. I know, probably not even real fish, but please don't tell me! I still like them! Guess I can put the drinking off till this weekend. The screaming is still at the back of my throat. Sigh....is the day over yet?
 
I feel positive for the first time this week. Great therapy session on strategies to cope with anxiety, relationships and hating feeling unable to control my emotions, anxiety, dissociation, irritability, anger etc.

Was encouraged by my therapist wanting to stop what we had been working on, and talk about things I really needed to deal with this week.

Hoping this positivity lasts into the weekend and next week.
