So panicked. Trying not to show it at dinner, but I'm shaking and nervous, wanna run away, go hide, be safe, get to sleep and shut it all out til I feel better. Some days the universe is too much for me.

Tired. Felt lighter today. Something lifted mid afternoon. Content. Teensey nervous because it's bedtime. Usually sleep for 20 minutes then BOING!! Up til 3 am. Maybe I will sleep. would be good if theme song from Beverly Hillbillies stopped playing in my head.

Tired and cold inside. Waking up too early feels physically uncomfortable. Feet cold. Glad I got a few hours sleep though versus none. Uncertain as to trying for more or just get up. Kind of mad from early thoughts.
