Feeling bouts of helplessness and hopelessness and anger.

I have been feeling depressed, tired and unsure of myself. Not wanting to be around others today but had to work..
Have been very jumpy and shaking non-stop.

Beautiful sunny day. The birds are at my feet waiting for some food but I forgot to bring it because I didn't get much sleep. Nightmares. Feel physically exhausted. Mind is worn. Heart bumping along too fast for my comfort. Melancholy. Hopeful too. Pleasantly warm in sun dappled area. Maybe a nap today.

I feel like running away
I feel like transporting to some other realm
I feel ashamed to see my sister now that she nows
I feel violated on every level

Yet. More calm then yesterday, I guess.

Getting sick of the meds-go-round. Those weren't side effects, that was a bad reaction. My P-doc was wonderful and called back right away, gave me something else to try. I'm waiting a few days before I start that- my body needs a break. The couch needs a break too, it's seen a lot of me lately.

Physically and mentally weak. I feel like a zombie that's too exhausted to hunt for brains. I woke up this morning feel flu-ish and run down, which hasn't helped.

I had a good day today. Yesterday going shopping for me was a good thing. Writing things down that have been going around in my head also help. Not so troubled today. ;)

I'm feeling happy, content and loved.

The sun is shining most days so my Hubby and I spend most evenings sitting in the garden. We have been de-cluttering the house and found our old scrabble board game. We are evenly matched but I am one game in the lead - yesssss.

I'm a little disappointed in myself for deciding not to go to visit forum friends in Birmingham on Saturday but at the same time I'm proud that for me at the moment I made the right decision. I think we will try and meet in Sept. instead.

Woke because feet hurt. Feel like they are flayed. Bizarre. Going to take salt bath. So tired with 2 hours sleep. Dislike heart thumping intensely. Wish I had more sleep and day had begun then.
