Not feeling much motivation today, to do anything. I still will force myself to get things done and exercise, otherwise this negative feeling will not go away or lessen. I hate days feeling like this.

I feel loved and supported, inspired and empowered. It's a new day and I am happy to be alive. Looking forward to spring and a new start.

I feel happy today. Last night my daughter kicked the free loading bum out of the house. No wonder I was having such anxiety before.

I feel so much better now. I really feel so good and it is a sunny day on top of it.

By the way good for you KP. It is so nice to hear what you had to say. I am so glad your husband is coming home. Have fun.

Feeling competent and powerful. I managed really difficult emotions yesterday really well after a few hours of struggling with them.

I have felt dissociated most of the day, but it made it easier to get through some situations at work that would have otherwise been too stressful to handle.

I'm so darn relieved! My disability appeal this morning went well, and thankfully my mom went along and drove- the roads were a mess. Slept all day after getting home, the most sleep I've gotten all week. Still won't know if I've been approved for a few weeks, but all I have left to do is wait. The difficult scary part is over, I can get back to feeling things again.

Friend coming over.

Then off to an art exhibition opening.
