Feeling anxious but maybe tense would be more accurate. Can actually feel it in my body today - I feel tight and have some cramping in my calves and forearms.

I am not sure that he can, but I have the tips of my toes dragging the grass and I can feel the earth is there, but somehow I am still flying way above it.

I am feeling loved and loving in a way that I have never known before and it is totally exhilarating!

Been awake for 4 hours now and didn't recognise this mood until I tried to have a conversation and realised I was snapping.

Today started out with me waking up from a bad nightmare again and feeling such intense fear. But I was able to turn it around and have felt better ever since.
