I am so grateful to have ice available for my iced water I drink all day long.

I am grateful for someone working in a train station making me laugh and being really kind to me, my ticket wouldn't work in the barrier; I tried it once and huffed and walked to him immediately looking stressed, he laughed at me and said 'you won't even try it twice, not even twice, it's straight to me' and it made me laugh a lot, he's right I was so impatient

I'm grateful for the month of March and all the "unfinished business" I am accomplishing.

I am facing those fears now and by each step I take, I feel like I'm getting my power back and finding that peace and serenity that I deserve and want.

I am grateful that facing a very critical negative person did not upset me as much as usual. I am quite dissociated but I recognise it is their stuff, and I am not filled with shame and dread thinking it is all my fault.
