Grateful for the beauty of nature all around me.
Grateful for wonderful worship music this morning that is speaking to my heart.
Grateful for my faith and Grace that watches over and covers me.
Grateful for colored pencils, picture books, and my imagination.

I'm grateful for the rain, because after this long, dry spell the plants in my garden deperately need it. Not just my garden.

I'm grateful that this is the last day I have to get through with nothing to distract me from thinking about my brother's death. As of tomorrow afternoon there are things enough to keep me busy for most of the day, until I see T on Wednesday.

I'm grateful for no rain, since my chicken yard is mushy!
Grateful for getting cataract surgery.
Grateful for a new possible friend.
Grateful for my 2 new polish (bouffant headed) chicks, even though my beautiful, sweet Meg was attacked by this damned cat who keeps slipping in my yard somehow.
Grateful for all the scrap wood I picked up, so now I can build my brooder without buying anything.

I am grateful to have been raised by a wonderful woman who helped me to learn right from wrong and so much more.
I have much to be grateful for, too much to name.
Even my tears are a great relief and blessing, for my mother was deeply and totally loved.

I'm grateful that I've made enough progress that I recognize that I need to post something I'm grateful for to help interrupt this depression. I'm grateful that my kids and I have close relationships. I'm grateful that I have a good therapist that is a good fit with me. I'm grateful for the little marshmallows in the lucky charms cereal.

There is nothing that I don't want to do that I have to do today. There are some things that I have scheduled, but they usually are enjoyable things.
