What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am grateful for the fact I now have 4 regular customers for eggs.
I am grateful that more people want them.
I am grateful I didn't run out and buy more chickens.
I am grateful I have the chutzpah to tell my neighbor, who is of a certain religious persuasion, not to come any more. Too triggering.
I'm grateful I was invited to sing in a church choir, but I can't seem to make myself go.

Being well enough to travel and to actually explore
My family and friends for covering things while I am gone, so I can take the time to travel

My awesome T. In a year and a half she has never canceled on me, and I have never missed an appointment. I only get to see her every 2-3 weeks, and those sessions are precious to me. Even the really painful ones.

Grateful a next door neighbor gave me a heads up about a baby shower being held this Saturday. That was really nice of her to do.

Grateful, so grateful for my amazing T. She makes me feel so safe, and she is so non-judgmental. I can't even believe what I shared with her today!

Also grateful for the level of trust and communication with my amazing wife.

Grateful for a break on the feelings and in spite of it being a cloudy dreary day it was cozy inside and did not bring me down! Treated myself today to plenty of self care.
