Grateful for threads like these that humanize you all and portrays an accurate picture of regular and real people going through real things. It reminds me we are not just our symptoms. Love you all.

I am so grateful that at crunch time, that I am able to say No when I don't want to do something with someone. Whew!

So beyond grateful (got to say this again! please) that I know what my true diagnoses are and that I have so many ways, methods of coping with pro. comp. ptsd and for forum! Oh God I am so grateful beyond expression!

Yes these forum threads of what we eat/drink, what we're grateful for and the music we like to listen to so many threads here in forum @moshpitmunkey do truly humanize those of us whom struggle daily with ptsd and this is the only place (crying) on the face of this crazy earth that I can come and feel human and be treated with love, respect, and understanding:hug:!

Memories of Paris. Longing for pastries, a walk along the stone streets while listening and watching the random street artists, so much ... Yes, a day back in time would do.

Eagerly awaiting one of my favorite fur baby's arrival for the weekend. It's always nice to have a chance to enjoy some hang time with her and be lovingly yet consistently reminded of the important things in life, like keeping to a schedule, mindful consumption and elimination of all things ingested, frequent walks, hydration, etc.

So thankful for being the only person in my office today. I have my speakers up and listening to a book (until it gets overwhelming - then music or radio). Grateful for energy to be vertical with only 90 minutes of sleep.

And lacking energy but off work today.
And seeing 2 baby bunnies playing, one did not run away or hide. :inlove: :)
AND finding accidentally an umbrella in clearance in the store, needed a smaller one, wasn't looking, plus not spending $- under 3$- red hearts. :) I always come across hearts- today x2 potholes shaped the same, too. Not sure why. :) (PS, there's been so much rain I have found mushrooms in the grass! Someone said, 'Are they mushrooms or toadstools?' I said 'well there were no trolls sitting on them, I presume mushrooms!' )
Oh ya, someone's back of shirt (the rest obscured) said 'trust' this morning.
