What Are You Grateful For Today?

As a way to cope, I made a list of things I am grateful for today. It's something that I have found to be usef...
Listing things that I am grateful for seems like a silly thing to do but I know that it'll make me feel good and optimistic about the future. For true healing I believe people have to drop their guard and actually expose true feelings.

Thanks and his name is Alex.Get to meet his family and 16 year old daughter from a previous marriage on Saturday. His daughter is looking towards meeting me for the first time and we spoke on the phone last night

So grateful that I got most of the things done on my list today. Grateful for the forum and friends too. Grateful that although I had a anxiety attack while out and about I managed to accomplish things anyway. Feeling better at home now, feeling calm and grounded and so grateful for that.

@stronglady my oldest grandkid is a female to male transgender and I too totally accept him where he is at and love him unconditionally all of the time.

Grateful that I am at long last stocked up on food and supplies for another month or so. Grateful because this gives me a sense of accomplishment in my home. Spent too much at the store today but it was so worth it. Grateful that I can take care of myself and that my health is good so far. Grateful that my daughters Narcissism is not winning with me. Grateful that I am growing stronger amidst the trials and tribulations that she tries to project on me. Grateful for youtube videos about Narcissistic Abuse and the support of forum friends who have been going through this nightmare a lot longer than me and have come out on the better side and offer me real hope that it will get better for me too.

I see he is finally happy,is comfortable using the pronouns she/her and he/him around him.Have gone with him dressed as female clothes shopping in the teen girl's section.Plus found a youtube channel of someone like him from New Zealand. My 19 year old daughter has given him clothes that don't fit her anymore and I am proud of her for that
