I am grateful that even though my husband had bad hallucinations last night he is having a pleasant morning. I am grateful that I am feeling great. Today is going to be a great day. I am very greatful for these things.

I'm grateful for managing the way I have for the last few days. Although I can't call it balance as it's been more of an up and down, at the same time I haven't been able to deal with all that's on my plate at the moment as best as I have very recently.
