I'm also grateful for what I've been learning about myself very recently and that no matter what will happen I will be okay.

I am grateful that I get my nails done today. Husband had hallucinations last night and I was awake for them. I was grateful for that because I could tell him it was a hallucination. He has decided it was a hallucination. By getting my nails done I get a little break from him.

I am grateful that my legal separation is agreed to and I will be able to go back to the US (home) in May of next year. Just in time for my 30th high school reunion.:)

I am grateful for a good plumber, who would not give in until he got our heating and hot water up and running today.

Small wire came loose as he was fitting the new circuit board and it baffled him, but he found it and fixed it.

I am grateful that I made myself a warm healthy dinner and talked to a very good friend on the phone today, and learned that it was not so bad after all, and helped me to get my mind off the agressive comments from my lawyer today. And I have a fun and caring friend out there.

Little tweety birds woke up at 6.08am and noisy thug bird started gossiping at 6.15a.m. I like being up for them though. I also like long johns in bed with socks on!!!!

I am grateful for a lovely day with warm sunshine, plus my kids being really healthy and gorgeous.

I am very grateful that I may have chronic PTSD, but I still have the mental clarity to understand PTSD, what causes it and to know I have the right therapist and doctor to assist me through this.

I am grateful that today is a good day. I am glad our tv is working and we do not have to hassle with getting it fixed. I am grateful that my husband is calm this morning.
