I'm grateful I'm feeling happy and content.

I'm grateful that I had the energy to clean for the last two days. Way too many fur bunnies hiding under my bed!

I am grateful that I am able to get out and about and spend time with a friend.

I am grateful my friend is going with me to my test. I am grateful for my therapist who has been a huge help.

I am grateful that I feel better than I did yesterday...Strep throat and both ears infected= NO FUN

I am grateful that I am aware that I am overwhelmed and perhaps a little dissociated.

I set some boundaries and limits last night. That was hard. Then I had a bit of bounce back I think. (I am not really sure.)

I am grateful for feeling for others.

I set some boundaries with B today about him needing to get the ACAT to do some stuff with his father and not expect me to do it.

I am grateful that I did two hours drawing.

I was feeling low but I got out and about and I went to visit one friend and then dropped by to see another friend briefly. I felt good after that. I felt grateful that I had people to hang out with.
