What Are You Grateful For Today?

I have to find some things to be grateful for today because I'm just way too angry and frustrated right now and I seriously need some perspective.

I'm grateful for the support I've been receiving from people here on the message boards.
I'm grateful for the new chamomile and lavender tea I bought.
I'm grateful I went for a walk before my head exploded a little while ago.
I'm grateful my brother was happy to talk to me and validate me and give me some good advice.
I'm grateful that the sun has been shining.
I'm grateful that I have developed some coping mechanisms that are helping.
I'm grateful that I came to the message boards to post and I didn't sit and obsess on bad feelings.
I'm grateful for my friends.
 
I am grateful for finding many answers to many previously, longstanding, unanswered questions.

I am grateful that I am well enough to have taken on yesterday and again today necessary big jobs, and while so far having completed lots.

I am grateful that I haven't believed I needed a cigarette in a couple days now.

I am grateful for almost three days without a longstanding enormous pressure and stress, as well as, to the person who treated us the other night, her company and the completely delicious Chinese Food we all ate.

I am grateful for our air conditioning.
