What Are You Grateful For Today?

I'm grateful for a nice, toasty warm house. It's 8 degrees F outside, with a windchill of -11 and I'm not cold at all. I'm warm and snug inside. I'm a very lucky person. :joyful:

I'm grateful that my husband is taking time out of his work day to come and spend some time with me without the children.

Grateful I've got time off from work since I'm getting a bit clobbered by the "shoulds". It is what it is... suck it up and carry on.

Today I am grateful for warm feet! I can not stand for my feet to be cold..:geek: One of the little things I have come to appreciate!

Never under estimate the power of warm feet. I do acupressure to make sure I have good circulation in them too... one of my external warning signs of my inward conditions I expect.

My youngest son whose birthday is today :-D It's amazing to think thirty years ago he was a helpless baby boy and now he's nearly 6'5" tall, and now wise, compassionate, humorous/goofy, the person that comes to the aid of others whenever he can, and many people look up to him. <3

Grateful for the action I did take today. I am grateful for the responsibility I have taken. I have reached out during a low point instead of isolating and going around in my head.

Very grateful for such a warm, loving, supportive family around me. I feel like I am re joining the land of the living. I am doing so much better. It will be seven months this month, since my husband died. I am so grateful for all of the good people I have in my life, who have helped me to survive this year and the great loss of the love of my life. I am grateful that I still have my husbands last name. It is a way we can still be close.

I am grateful that I went to bellydancing and to a friend's place for dinner.
