I am so grateful to feel pleasure in life once again. For awhile, I never thought I would again.

I am grateful that I have the insight that I don't need to feel better to do the changes in myself. You do the change, and if you are lucky you feel better some times.

I am so grateful that even though I had two terrible nightmares last night and woke up depressed, I changed my mindset and am now happy and content.

The smell of my horse! Got to spend time with her today and am grateful for the peace and calm she helps me achieve.

I am grateful for thinking through my first thoughts of the day that I made the wrong choice about the fence/gate situation. All is not lost I can manage something. That is being unnecessarily hard on myself.

I'm grateful that the cool air helped me feel better physically(even though I was cold). It helped my brain come out of the fog it was in.

My ability to stand up and be counted makes me really grateful.

This may seem a bit silly, but I am grateful for the music that has been stuck in my head as it is very soothing and comforting. Music has been there for me when I had no direction in my life and has been like a friend to me.

It has helped me with depressed moods and also helped me to not feel so lonely.....I could have the blues and sing them away with a song.:singing::singing::singing: , I could cry, scream, and sing my way back to happiness and for that I am grateful.:joyful::inlove::giggle:

I am grateful that I am doing the work of healing. I am making effort and I am doing things. I am most grateful to be able to do this.
