What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am grateful that I managed getting Papa Bear to day respite care and all that was involved really well. I got B to sit with me in eyeline of Papa Bear so he didn't get panicky and anxious because he couldn't see us and thought we had gone without him.

I am grateful for my emotions and for beautiful music that evokes them.

I am grateful for so many things at once. The 5 tibetan rites, the moss growing on my kittens grave, friends to play with, the internet, tears, my passion, my creativity, artists everywhere, that which is nameless, and this moment now.

Grateful I took my friend to an appointment and could get him the right shoes and identify a problem for his physical therapist. He has Parkinson's.

I ran a halfmarathon in less than 2 h and 7 min - a new record....and I was really scared if I might make it at all! :D

I'm grateful that my husband encouraged me to tell my son that I would miss him while he was gone. I don't know why I needed encouragement. But it was positive. My son rolled his eyes and smiled. My husband is right, it is good for the kids to know things like that.

I am grateful for food to eat, a place to sleep, not having to walk 8 miles for fresh water like some people have to. I am grateful that I could ring and Crisis line this morning, that I could talk to a friend and get out of the house.
