What Are You Grateful For Today?

I am so grateful for being able to challenge some of my own distorted thinking and I did well at breaking it apart.
I am so grateful that I was able to exercise today. I walked by the ocean and saw two seals hanging out.
I am so grateful that our 8 Week Mindfulness Course on this forum is its third week.
I am so grateful that I contacted people and they wanted to see me.
I am so grateful to have enough money to buy food.
I am so grateful that I did an hour's study in a different library,
 
  • I am grateful that I took this downtime in my life and learned so many new ways towards self regulation.
  • I am grateful to have been exposed to a thriving global community and much diversity.
  • I am thankful for a wider perspective.
  • I am learning to have more gratitude for challenges of my character.
  • I thankful for understanding my thoughts and feelings are housed by me in the moment, not the entire sum of who I am.
