Grateful that my firm was totally shitty to me today and is trying to oppress me into not going back to work. Because it has shown me I'm strong enough to deal with it now.

Also, because it shows me how I have learned to direct my fight response to the right place and keep the rest of my life and mind healthy.

Am grateful for claccidentally coming across a scent I really love. A sample arrived with something I had ordered on line. So I opened it expecting some awful smell to emanate but no! It smelt hood. So I put it on and have been smelling my wrists ever since, it's so lovely!!!. Tis a shame it's an expensive scent. But I will treat myself some day :)

For an understanding tutor. She was fine with me extending my assignment deadline because of my insomnia. Even offered twice the time I suggested.

Completed my training on new equipment for the primary election and looked like "the smart one".
