What Are You Thankful For?

I'm thankful for being alive, even with PTSD.

Probably what I am most thankful for, is that my children turned out as well as they did, despite my PTSD. My long hospitalisation followed by years of instability and that they survived their fathers violence.

I am thankful that hubby and I can talk about our problems.

It has been tough this last few weeks, but I think we have turned a corner today.

I'm actually very thankful that I threw up yesterday! I was in such agony before I did. I'd thought my tummy was going to BURST!!! LOL... funny thing to be thankful for, but what a relief! I feel MUCH better today, thankfully.

I'm thankful I'm finally warming up. I have been freezing all day. I even put the gas fire on.

Same here KP, I can't believe it is so cold.

I am so thankful to my sons. With not being very well and being a bit out of pocket, my youngest Son treated us all to a Chinese takeaway the other day. My eldest son cooked tonight and he did peppered steak with a plum chutney, salad, coleslaw and herby cherry tomatoes - yummy! :D

Being able to walk and move.

I'm thankful I like the colour that the decorator is putting on my kitchen walls.

Thankful that I have people to bounce ideas off.

I reconnected with the Mum of one of my daughters old school friends. I'm thankful that I have recovered enough to accept a cup of tea. We had a good catch up at her kitchen table.

I am thankful that I got moving a bit quicker today.

I am thankful that I am managing a little bit better today.
