I am thankful that my daughter is eight today. While she was still in my belly, we had some big health scares and because she has Down syndrome, the doctors really had us worried. But, she turned out ok and is now the love of my life. Happy Birthday, MaryElizabeth.

I am thankful that I reconnected with a friend yesterday. We have not spoken in almost eight years and when we talked, it felt like we had just missed a few days. That is what true friendship is, not matter how much time has passed, the relationship is not dependent upon time.

I'm thankful to my H who kept me on track when I was tempted to have a glass of red wine last night. I'm allowed it tonight instead.

I am thankful that my doctor is being so supportive about my move and helping me get on track physically before I leave. It was a good doctor visit and she was very friendly.:)

I am thankful for a possible job opportunity. I had to go part-time because of my PTSD. That was very hard on my self esteem. Now, if this job comes through, it will increase my current job to full-time, but a much easier full-time job then before. It would be ideal. Wish me luck.
