What Are You Thankful For?

I'm thankful I can see my mind getting into a better mindset. I just need the physical me to catch up.

I'm ok, just scratched up and feel like I got hit by a truck. Today I am thankful I am going to therapy because I need to process stuff.

I am thankful for internet grocery shopping. My monthly shop is due within the next couple of hours, all delivered to my door.

I am thankful that my children are grounded, healthy and happy in their relationships and lives, despite it was me bringing them up.

I'm thankful that my favorite sports team (Oregon Ducks) are doing so well. Watching them play is a great way for me to safely express emotions.

As I was about to get kicked off of the bus this morning by a callous bus driver because I forgot to tap mac, a kind stranger gave me a token. Reminded me that not everyone is hardened.

I am thankful that I can drive us places. I am glad that I can be the responsible one and yet get to feeling better as time goes on.

I am thankful that my husband is having a better day today. He is more present today, although he does not feel good.
