What Are You Thankful For?

I am thankful that we have this new beautiful day to enjoy. I will relax today.

I'm thankful for the health of me and my loved ones. I know others are not so lucky.

I am thankful that my husband's cancer is slowly disappearing.

I'm thankful for having the dogs to look after me.

I am thankful for my girlfriend. She is the source of my strength to face myself and what lies within. She is coming over in an hour or so, and I am very much looking forward to it!!

I'm thankful that my eldest son realized he was disrespectful and rude towards me last night and apologized to me profusely this morning with a nice hug. He isn't a hugger, so that was extra nice.

Oh, then I gave him back his phone that I took from him last night without telling him. ;) His apology was sincere, otherwise I wouldn't have given it back. I know, mean mom.

I am thankful for family time last night watching football. Everyone watched the game, including my two youngest children. It was a night to remember.

I'm thankful I don't have to go out into the cold again. The dogs have been walked and the door is locked.

For getting out of the house once a day. It really makes a big difference for me. It lifts some of the depression.

So thankful for the program I have on my computer where I can track my income and expenses.

It is so helpful to know where my $$$ are being spent as well to figure out what I need to cut back on, etc.

I also have a binder where I keep track of my future expenses and that is very helpful. I went to the library and ran off some monthly/yearly calendars so I can mark when a bill is due.
