What Are You Thankful For?

I have just about finished my Christmas shopping

Me as well.

I'm thankful I have a Christmas delivery slot to have my groceries delivered.

I'm thankful that my son made it safely to my sister's house an hour away. First far away drive.

My 15 year old son got a light saber for Christmas. A fancy one. I am thankful he is playing with it and carrying it everywhere. That he likes it. I asked him if he slept with it the other day, but he assures me he didn't. I am thankful because watching his enthusiasm is making me smile on the inside as well as the outside.

I am thankful I had the morning off today but the weekend is upon me and I am ill prepared.

I am thankful that there is only 4 hours left in my workday. I am fighting to stay awake today.

I'm thankful that my son can go on his own to his physical therapy appointment. I am also thankful that my husband is willing to take me to my appointment.

I'm thankful that I am writing a journal once again. It was only once I started writing that I realised how much I'd missed it.
