Week 7 of Formal Practice

Alternate without guided practice
40 minutes per day of body scan
2/3 practices Mindful Standing Yoga,
optional Mindfulness of Breath or Choiceless Awareness

Breathing Space (scheduled three times per day.) Opening the door of skillful attending


Revisit all practices as you choose to - personally I am adding in extra ones now,

Day 2
Body scan x 2
Mindful Standing Yoga
The Self Compassion Break x 5
Mindfulness of Breath and Body x 2
Soften, Sooth, Allow.
Breathing Space x 3

50 minutes Tai Chi
20 minutes walking

My laundry is in the dryier and I hung all the sweaters and pants to dry. I don't put them in the dryer, because they could shrink, shrivel or whatever! Drying them on a hanger takes more effort, but it is well worth the wait. I will be able to wear them tomorrow.
 
I ate two Pineapple Guavas... my DIL brought and giggled in delight and glee! It was my first time and I was astounded how yummy they were!

Lying Down Mindfulness movement 30 minutes - it is hard to do! Easier to do walking or Tai Chi but I will stick with it.
