Ate breakfast at home, & packed one of the super healthy meals I cooked over the weekend for lunch today: zucchini stuffed with a mix of quinoa, greens, and Parmesan cheese. Physical and fiscal fitness, I call it. AND it was tasty, too!

Something Moroccan-ish. Vegetable couscous with falafel, carrot, pepper, rocket, hummus and a Harissa yoghurt dressing. At least that's how I hope it comes out!

I went to the Physical Therapist then out to breakfast with my hubby. Next stop, the specialist to get another injection in my spine! I'm hoping the 2nd time is a charm and that I'll be pain free or at least in a lot less pain. Took care of my health, That's what I did for me today.
