I left my college class early because I couldn't handle it. I was able to wait until my professor gave out the assignment so I'll be able to have it to make up.

Treated myself to takeaway from the chippy after staying late at work.

Took my time on the local market.

Registered myself at the local library and lent two books (they've got lots of English books! :inlove::inlove::inlove:).

Treated myself to ice cream and a latte macchiato.

Invented a new way to serve savoy cabbage. :rolleyes::hungry:

Activated the food heating in the bath room. :coldfeet:

Had my hair cut and colored. Put in copper high lights for fun.

I allowed myself without an argument but with consent to truly accept, if just for today, that I am worth the time and effort to heal my body, mind, and spirit. Seeking the light.... VB

Had a great therapy and then yoga session!
