(might have defeated the object a bit!:p).

LOL. The more I exercise AND indulge? Especially cravings? The faster I start losing weight and gaining muscle. I've starved too often for my body to trust me. It really wants to know that we're not running for our lives and needing to hoard every available calorie, but can get fast and loose with burning & building.
 
Today I sold off a lot of dvds and was able to get me things I needed. I talked to some very kind people and got out of the apartment twice! Planning on getting out tomorrow too.
 
Buying me something I needed,a newer toolbox at work.Snap On dealer I deal with at my shop that comes in every Monday gave me a good deal on a repoed Mr.Big toolbox on Sunday.Seen it at it his place and liked it on the spot.Previous person whom bought it new made only 3 payments on it.It was a good price with two of my Snap On KRLs for trade in.I'm happy with it and have lots of room for my tools now
 
Practiced deep breathing as soon as I woke, did some gentle yoga stretches in bed, then drank a glass of lemon water and went straight to the mini-trampoline and bounced, ran, and twisted my way through two happy songs while talking to the flutter-bys, dragon flies, hawks, and other various birds. It's my typical morning routine, but I'd been slacking and was feeling the uncomfortable consequences of doing so.
